This track examines a variety of issues school leaders face as they strive to provide students with the skills they need to succeed in the future. All sessions will be held in rooms C 213-215.

Engineer your future with high school STEM
Learn how to encourage more students to pursue STEM (science, technology, engineering, math) disciplines. Princeton City shares how it built a high school engineering program by collaborating with the University of Cincinnati, local industry and private schools.

Dropout recovery partnerships that work
Marion City opened Rushmore Academy, a dropout prevention/recovery school. Hear how the academy provides alternative placement for students, as well as a dropout recovery program. Teachers use a variety of methods, from direct instruction to online courses.
