Ohio leads the way!

This OASBO session leads you through the process that helped Ohio become the first state to adopt professional standards for school treasurers and business managers. In 2009, HB 1 created a subcommittee of the Ohio Educator Standards Board to develop and recommend standards for school business officials. The subcommittee and a larger group of volunteers from OASBO and other education stakeholder organizations, worked hard to create the standards over the past year. Hear an overview of the new standards and what it can mean for your district.
