Alan November, an international leader in education technology, has been director of an alternative high school, computer coordinator, technology consultant and university lecturer. He also was one of the original five national Christa McAuliffe Educators. A prolific writer, his books include Web Literacy for Educators and Empowering Students With Technology.
November’s personable nature, coupled with astute observations on economics, education and technology, make him a powerful presenter. For him, it’s not the technology itself that is important; it’s how we use it. His ideas on global communication, collaboration, assessment and critical thinking have inspired schools, governments and corporations around the world to redefine their approach to education and technology.
November is an expert in planning across the curriculum, staff development, new school design, community building and leadership development.
Britton, Smith, Peters & Kalail Co. LPA is sponsoring the Early Bird Workshop. Registration is $75. Board members who wish to register should notify their treasurer.
